Discover Villa Airone, a vacation home for 12 people located on the exclusive Tenuta di Tegoni estate near Radicondoli (Tuscany, Italy). It is a unique, eco-sustainable villa where modern design and Tuscan nature blend perfectly. Thanks to its elevated location on the hills, you can enjoy a vacation surrounded by nature, with panoramic views of grazing horses, the Val d’Elsa, and enchanting sunsets over the medieval village of Radicondoli.

Interior: Thoughtful design, light, and comfort for everyone
Upon entering, you immediately step into the central living area, which is open and light-filled and features a free-hanging, central designer fireplace that brings warmth and ambiance to the sitting area and dining space. Adjacent to this is the open kitchen, fully integrated into the living space and ideal for cooking together. Additional comfort is provided by a bathroom adapted for guests with disabilities, featuring a shower.

From this central area, two completely symmetrical private apartments branch off, each designed to ensure tranquility and privacy. Each wing features: a private TV room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub—and direct access to the garden from each bedroom.

This layout makes Villa Airone particularly well-suited for larger families, two families traveling together, or groups looking to combine comfort with plenty of personal space.

Exterior: Heated pool, nature, and serene privacy
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden of approximately 4,000 m², consisting largely of lawn. In front of the terrace lies a natural pond, which contributes to the peaceful atmosphere (not suitable for swimming).

The private pool (7 × 3 m, depth: 1.30 m, saltwater filtration, counter-current system, Roman steps, and lighting) overlooks the Metalliferous Hills and the Val d’Elsa and is surrounded by a sun terrace with lounge chairs and an outdoor hot water shower.

The pool is available from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October and can be heated upon request: €71 per day in April, May, September, and October; €31 per day in June, July, and August. You can also book an additional cleaning service (€22 per hour). Heating is an additional cost of €46 per day, charged between November 1 and April 30.

The covered dining area with large sun shades, a table, chairs, and professional barbecue forms the heart of the outdoor living space and is perfect for long lunches and cozy dinners.

Surroundings: Experience, discover, and enjoy
From this luxurious vacation villa, day trips to Siena and Pisa are easy to organize. The Etruscan Coast, with charming villages such as Baratti and Populonia, is also within easy reach. For families, a visit to the Larderello Geothermal Museum is a fun and educational outing.

On the grounds themselves, you can enjoy a wide variety of activities:
