Interior: Warm, characterful and typically Tuscan
Step inside a warm and welcoming Tuscan estate filled with authentic details, including the impressive vaulted ceiling in the spacious living room. The property consists of two charming natural-stone buildings, arranged playfully across different levels. Together, they offer no fewer than nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms, making the estate ideal for travelling with a large group while still allowing everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy. Thanks to the air conditioning, the interiors remain cool and comfortable even on hot summer days. The large, convivial kitchen in the main building forms the heart of the house and opens directly onto the covered veranda, perfect for long, leisurely meals together.
Exterior: A peaceful oasis
Outside, the estate is surrounded by tranquillity, olive trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation. The centrepiece of the garden is the large 58 m² fenced private pool (open from May to October), where you can cool off or make use of the outdoor shower. Several intimate seating areas, a sunny terrace and a beautifully integrated pond on the lower part of the grounds invite you to relax and enjoy the outdoors for hours. The property also offers ample private parking for up to 6 cars.

From the estate, you can easily set off on foot or by bike to explore beautiful hiking and mountain-biking trails. What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
