Podere Maremma Toscana is an authentic vacation home with a private pool in Castiglioncello Bandini, accommodating 11 people in southern Tuscany. Once a small monastery, now a beautifully renovated home where you can enjoy the Tuscan sun, a unique private pool, and a panoramic view of the Tuscan hills and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Interior: Pure charm and authenticityEnjoy this artfully designed Tuscan country home near Cinigiano in the Tuscan Maremma, featuring original terracotta floors and wooden beams. Rustic details create a particularly cozy atmosphere and exude history and character. There are four bedrooms on the first floor. Enjoying meals with friends and family is an essential part of the Tuscan lifestyle. Take advantage of the kitchen and the beautiful caminetto, where you can cook in the authentic Tuscan style. During the winter months, the traditional wood-fired pizza oven is a wonderful asset.

The water is treated using salt electrolysis, a system that is regularly monitored. Salt electrolysis ensures soft, crystal-clear water without a chlorine odor or stinging eyes.
Surrounding the pool is a spacious terrace with lounge chairs, tables, and chairs, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining, enjoying an aperitif, or an open-air dinner. The view is breathtaking, offering a panoramic vista of the hills of the Tuscan Maremma, stretching all the way to the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Surroundings:The central location of this authentic nature retreat makes it easy to explore Tuscany. Visit the charming towns of Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, and Grosseto. Don’t forget to relax in the region’s famous thermal baths, such as Saturnia (39 km), Bagni San Filippo (46 km), and Bagno Vignoni (45 km). The cities of Florence andSiena are easily accessible by car, and there is a good bus connection from Paganico. Rome and Florence can also be reached by train from Grosseto.
