Interior In this holiday home with a pool, everything is located on the ground floor, making it ideal for families with young children or guests with reduced mobility. The holiday home is adapted for disabled guests. The spaces have been beautifully decorated with a seamless blend of modern interior design, authentic elements, and a focus on comfort. It features a very cozy living room, a modern kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. There is air conditioning in the living room, the dining area and two bedrooms. The third bedroom faces north and has a recently installed, quiet ceiling fan that is very efficient i n summer. Large windows bring in natural light and open directly onto the beautiful garden, providing everything you need for a fantastic holiday experience.
Exterior The large 4,000 m² garden is truly breathtaking, housing over 50 olive trees and a wealth of beautiful local flora. In the middle of this well-maintained grounds lies the holiday home with a large, sun-drenched private pool (10x5m, depth from 50cm to 1m80, open from April to October, with steps, lightly salted water). From the many terraces around the house, you have views of the garden and the pool. There are spacious open terraces where you can fully relax and enjoy your vacation, along with delightful shade to be found beneath the olive trees.

The property has direct access to the Rhône riverbanks, perfect for walking, jogging and cycling, with kilometres of paths and beautiful Provençal views. Nearby, discover the medieval village of Boulbon and its castle, the Montagnette massif and the Abbey of Saint-Michel de Frigolet. Tarascon, located on the Rhône opposite the Gard, has a rich heritage with over 26 listed monuments, including the impressive 15th-century Château de Tarascon. It is also home to the famous Souleiado Museum, dedicated to traditional Provençal fabrics. The location is ideal for exploring Avignon, Arles, Châteaurenard, Saint Rémy de Provence Les Baux-de-Provence, Fontvieille, Maillane and Beaucaire, as well as charming local villages, Provençal markets and summer festivals. A wonderful setting combining nature, culture, outdoor activities and authentic Provençal charm.
The owner has a detached annex located at the rear of the property. This discreet presence ensures the maintenance of the estate and prompt assistance if needed, while guaranteeing guests the exclusive use of the villa, the pool, and the outdoor spaces with total respect for their privacy.

What are the arrival and departure times?
