A beautiful holiday home for 8 people in La Bréole, located in the breathtaking Les Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region. This sublime region combines the natural beauty of imposing mountains and charming villages with the pleasures of a Mediterranean climate: 300 days of sunshine a year, snow in winter and refreshing evening breezes during the hot summers. In other words, skiing is possible from January to March, while you can enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Serre-Ponçon from May to October.

MAIN HOUSE: On a sloping site are two completely independent houses, one of which is offered as a holiday home. Compact in size, but with an open and spacious design, these houses are reminiscent of two identical watchtowers. From both houses you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over unspoilt nature and le Grand Morgan.

The architecture of these houses is particularly interesting. The kitchen and dining room are on the upper floor, while the bedrooms are housed in the plinth. The covered terrace, entrance and bathroom are strategically positioned between the two levels, making for a comfortable and practical layout.

GUESTHOUSE: Adjacent to the garage is a single-storey ‘guest house’. This guest house has a spacious, covered terrace with beautiful, south-facing views. Les Lauriers is a holiday home located in a quiet area next to a nature reserve about two kilometers from Mornas, a little town between Bellène and Orange (Provence-Alpes-C[ote d’Azur).

Peace and quiet is a given in the secludes, shaded and truly typical garden with many plants such as rosemary and lavender. There are multiple, partly covered terraces with plenty of garden furniture. Of course there is a petanque field and a barbecue.
There is a parking lot for several cars.

In the sunniest part of the garden there is a gated private pool (10x5m wide, 1,5 m deep - open from 01/05 to 30/09). Surrounding the pool there is a large, pleasant terrace with lounging chairs and pillows. At night the pool can be lit up.

Les Lauriers is a truly pleasant holiday home. Here you can still smell and sense the “true” Provence. The interior is spacious, functional, and complete. Thanks to the fire place it is also very cozy during the colder winter months.
