The fully equipped open kitchen opens directly onto the dining area, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. From the dining room, you have direct access to the terrace. For added comfort and privacy, each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Enjoy the pleasant outdoor area around the patio, part of which is shaded by a sun awning. Relax by the fenced-in private pool (7.30 x 3.60 m), equipped with lighting and a roll-up pool cover. For even more relaxation, there is also an hot tub available outdoors. An outdoor shower completes this delightful wellness area.

The village of Néoules is located about 3 km away and offers all the amenities you need for daily life, such as restaurants, shops, a bakery, and more. For a day at the beach, the Mediterranean beaches are less than 40 km away.
The Var is a beautiful region in Provence with plenty of options for day trips and activities. Discover Toulon, Lorgues, and Draguignan, visit the wine cellars of Villecroze, or be enchanted by the magnificent Cascades de Sillans.
Important to know:
The owners live on the property, but their home does not overlook the vacation home. Their son lives on the other side of the adjacent house, along with his Labrador—a very sweet dog who may come visit you from time to time. The whole family is very discreet and respects the peace and privacy of their guests, so you can fully enjoy your vacation in complete serenity.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
