This holiday house comprises a beautiful salt water swimming pool (6x3m) with nice and abundant garden furniture, it is a delightful place to relax and enjoy a good book, a drink or a delicious meal. This little holiday house has been tastefully fitted with an eye for detail. The property is entirely fenced.

It is an ideal holiday house in this area of Provence to discover the surroundings, during the touristic holiday months as well as during the low season. During
the low season, rental is for a minimum of 4 nights. There is no barbecue but a plancha which more than makes up for it.

Villa L'Ousidou is a modern and sleek holiday home, very quietly located in the typical village of Sauveterre, just 12 km from Avignon (Provences / Alpes-Côte d'Azur). It is also a very child-friendly holiday home. There are 2 cots, 2 highchairs, a baby potty, a baby bath, a pushchair, a baby park and an enclosed swimming pool with a raised area for the little ones. The garden furniture is luxurious and of high quality. There are 10 sun loungers haut de gamme, a beautiful garden furniture and 6 parasols.
