Maison Ugolin is an extremely charming holiday home with enclosed private swimming pool, located near the center of the beautiful village of Eyragues (Bouche du Rhone / Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) in the heart of Provence.
In this holiday home with fenced garden, you imagine yourself in a small private paradise. The house is fully fenced with a spacious green garden and several cozy terraces with the necessary garden furniture including an outdoor lounge, deck chairs, children's table and high chairs. With natural shade from the surrounding plants or along the large swimming pool (9x4.50m - depth: 1.40m) in the middle of the sun with sufficient garden furniture so that you can relax. Next to the swimming pool is a super cool pool house with outdoor shower, WC, sink and fridge that is perfect for a delicious barbecue or a nice glass of wine.
The holidayhome with private fenced pool offers an interior exceptionally well tended, comfortable and complete. There is nothing missing here. On the first floor, you will find a large bedroom and another bedroom with a convertible couch, and a shower room with a sink and toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the night hall for the ground-floor bedroom. There is also air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom.
La Maison Ugolin will offer you a heavenly stay. You can walk (1km) to the bakery or enjoy a drink in the village. A very quiet location is a very typical Provençal atmosphere, perfect for a family who wishes to discover this area of the Provence

We are very satisfied with the communication with CAP and will certainly recommend CAP to family and friends. We would certainly like to return to the house! Nice location, close to the village, nice for shopping within walking distance. Very nice house to stay with 4 adults and a baby. The owners are very friendly and helpful!
