An hour's drive takes you to high mountains such as Ax les Thermes, Andorra and historic cities such as Carcassone, Toulouse and Perpignan. Excellent for day trips.

Sports tip: House is on mountain bike route and close to a tennis court. There is also another great cycling route : An old railway track was renovated into a cycle path (Voie vert).
