Villa Le Rey

Villa Le Rey is an 18th century home that has been recently renovated into a holiday house with a private swimming pool, located in South-West France (Aude department, Occitanie region, Languedoc-Roussillon). The holiday house is on a hillside, surrounded by magnificent fields and it enjoys a panoramic view of the Pyrenees.

In this holiday house for a maximum of 20 people you can enjoy an unforgettable trip with family, friends or colleagues. It has a unique location, the house is charming and delightful, combining nature and modern comfort.

The holiday home has been recently renovated with special emphasis on style, modern facilities and comfort. This holiday house with a swimming pool offers a welcoming atmosphere. Indoors you will find every element of comfort you need, or you can relax around a game of billiards, football or ping pong. Bluetooth speaker system available and a family room with a multimedia and a disco set-up (projecting screen, music boxes and a mixing station), ideal to start a party!

From the open and covered terraces you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and a panoramic view of the mountains. The exceptional and large private swimming pool is heated (11x4.5m, depth 1.7-1.2m, open from 14/04 till 30/09) has been fitted with salt electrolysis, so you will have no chlorine to handle nor will you get prickly eyes, and it is protected by an electrical cover. The garden will allow you to do everything you wish: a delicious barbecue, games, meditation, swimming, relaxing…

Thanks to its unique location, there are a great deal of things to do. In the vicinity you will find many places worth visiting such as Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne and Toulouse. In winter you can enjoy winter sports, as you are 80 minutes away from ski resorts and you can have a fabulous day outing. Discover lots of other day trips as well.

The Villa Le Rey is situated in a white zone 'zone blanche'. This means that mobile phone coverage and internet wifi can be unstable. Also telework is not always possible in this villa. The owner is not responsable in case internet isn't working. well. There is no cable TV, only DVDs are available!

This holiday house for 20 persons with a swimming pool is ideal for large groups. Among the various options, it is also very interesting for smaller groups. Groups with only young people under 25 are not allowed.

Prices per day: is possible from 3 nights, sheets and towels are charged extra only for the following period:
30/03 - 01/06/24 =590 per night
+360€ cleaning + 20€ per person for linen and towels obligatory.

A powerful electric charging station (22kwc) for electric cars is available. You should bring your own cable.
