This vacation rental with a pool in France exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There’s plenty to do indoors as well; you can relax with a game of pool, foosball, or ping pong. There is a Bluetooth speaker system and a multi-purpose room with multimedia and disco equipment (projection screen, projector, speakers, and mixing console)—perfect for getting the party started!
From the open and covered terraces, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and panoramic views of the mountains. The exceptionally large heated private pool (11x4.5m, depth 1.7–1.2m, open between 4/14 and 9/30) is treated with salt electrolysis, so there’s no chlorine smell or stinging eyes, and is secured with an automatic cover. Thanks to the unique location of the vacation rental for groups , there’s plenty to do here. The surrounding area offers many beautiful sights such as the Cathar castles, the Cité of Carcassonne, and Toulouse. This vacation home is also a great destination for winter sports. Villa Le Rey is located in a “zone blanche,” which means that cell phone reception and Wi-Fi may be unreliable. As a result, working remotely from this villa is not always possible. The owner is not responsible for this. There is no cable TV; only DVDs are available!
This vacation home for 20 people with a pool is ideal for large groups. Thanks to the various packages available, it is also particularly appealing to smaller groups. Groups consisting solely of young people under the age of 25 are not permitted.
Rates per day: Minimum stay of 3 nights; sheets and towels are charged separately only for the following period:
March 30 – June 1, 2024 = €590 per night
+ €360 cleaning fee + €20 per person for linens and towels (required).
A high-power electric charging station (22 kWp) is available. You must bring your own charging cable.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
