The outdoor area also offers plenty of activities! Enjoy a game of pétanque, table tennis, or let the children have fun on the swing and slide. The highlight is undoubtedly the beautiful private pool (10x5m, up to 2m deep), equipped with lighting and an alarm for added safety. Several shaded areas are available for a relaxing afternoon nap. The owners live on-site, but your privacy is fully respected. The outdoor spaces, the pool, and the holiday home are entirely private. Only the front gate and driveway are shared.

We highly recommend exploring the Canal du Midi, which offers a variety of family-friendly activities such as cycling, hiking, sailing, horseback riding, and fishing. A nearby leisure center also provides great entertainment for children. Just 3 km away, you’ll find Auvillar, one of the most beautiful villages in France—a must-visit! If you’d like to explore bigger cities, Toulouse and Montauban are less than an hour’s drive away. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate the Espalais golf course, only 5 km away. There’s something for everyone!
