This holiday home is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning. All rooms are located on the ground floor which makes the house extra accessible for people with reduced mobility.
From the living area you overlook the garden and the private swimming pool (11mx6m and 2m deep). The pool is heated from May to October. Upon request, the pool can be heated outside of these periods. The pool can be closed with a shutter, making it extra safe for the little ones. Around the pool there are plenty of deckchairs for sunbathing. If you prefer shade, the palm trees provide the necessary refreshment.
There are plenty of bicycles available to explore the region from your cottage in the south of France. Agde and Cap d'Agde are just a stone's throw away. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the beach of Le Grau d'Agde. Take the ferry and be taken to la Tamarisière. Try fresh oysters in le Bassin du Thau. Le Grau d'Agde is a typical fishing village where time has stood still. Beaches, shops, the daily market, you will easily find what you are looking for and will be seduced by the warm and family atmosphere.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
