This private and guarded property of over 160ha of magnificent vegetation, enjoys a beautiful private beach with sailing club facing the Hyères Islands. In this green setting, the villas, all built of the dried stone from the Bormes quarries, are hidden behind the pine trees and oak trees.

This holidayhome is beautiful and offers a superb panoramic view of the sea, the Iles d’Or, Ste Claire and Aiguebelle. Private swimming pool (9mx4,5m - 1,5m depth - heated from may till end september) surrounded by a lovely covered terrace with gas barbecue and sea view. Ideal for the necessary shade and long summer evenings.

This holiday home in Gaou Bénat is extremely well cared for and offers a very nice and pleasant interior. It consists of the main house and on a higher level (adjacent but accessible from outside) a beautiful, well-furnished studio with 2 areas to sleep (bunk beds + 2x1p), a bathroom (shower, double sink) and a separate toilet.

During July and August there is a very nice, cosy restaurant and sailing club on the beach. 7 tennis courts on the domain.

Tip : At the back of the house, you have direct access to the nature reserve. If you climb the steep slope, your courage will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of "Le château de Brégançon", the holiday home of a former French president.

The pool can also be heated out of season, however, a supplement of maximum 140€/week may be charged.
There are 67 steps to access the entrance to the villa. It is not a steep staircase, but may still not be recommended for people with mobility problems.

La Villa Charmante is a very charming holiday home with private pool and within walking distance to the beach, located in the beautiful town of Sainte-Maxime in the Var (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).

The holiday home La maison de Charme has certainly not stolen its name. The interior is very cozy, high-quality and charming. The holiday home is surrounded by a true oasis of greenery. With its fully south-oriented location and garden, you can enjoy the greenery and beautiful flowers in all seasons of the year. Enjoy natural shade under beautiful palm trees on the terraces (100m2 in total). In addition, some terraces and 2 bedrooms overlook a sea view.
The 4th bedroom is a studio that is accessible from the outside. This is nicely furnished with a small summer kitchen (fridge, electric hob, microwave) that overlooks the pool.

Centrally located between the greenery and surrounded by terraces is the spacious heated swimming pool with Roman steps (10mx4.50m, depth 1m60 ) with safety curtain. Thanks to sufficient garden equipment and sunbeds for 8 people, you are guaranteed to find the perfect place in the garden to relax.

The holiday home is located in a guarded private domain with independent properties. You can enjoy total tranquility and yet the sea is barely 200 m away. This holiday home within walking distance of the beach is perhaps less suitable for disabled people due to a number of stairs at the entrance.
Pool heating from 01/01 - 15/06 is possible including a supplement of €150 per week. during the period 15/06 - 31/08 the swimming pool is heated without tariff supplement.

Clos Notre Dame is a fantastic holiday home for 10 persons with private pool (10x5m - 1m to 2.5m - fenced) built in the 1930s and located in Mouans-Sartoux between Cannes and Grasse (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).

One arrives at the house via a pretty lane. This unique holiday home with swimming pool is located in a beautiful domain (1Ha) with a variety of trees, flowers, grass and beautiful large hedges.

The Côte d'Azur holiday villa is very authentic and takes you back to the olden days. Very well maintained, it offers an extremely cosy, comfortable and pleasant interior. The beautiful materials of the past come into their own. Each room on the ground floor offers direct access to the garden. Upstairs, one enjoys a beautiful view of the garden, the sea in the distance and the Bay of Napoule. The ground-floor bedroom has a single bed with pull-out mattress.

A lovely terrace with beautiful garden furniture under 2 very old olive trees offers a restful view of the garden and really puts you in a very pleasant mood. Villa Ajoucadou is a delightful villa (300m² living space), dating back to 1925 with a fantastic panoramic view of the St Tropez Gulf and the nearby hills. It is about 100m away from the sea, 1km away from the lively centre of Ste Maxime, 50m away from 6 tennis courts, and 1.5km away from the renowned golf of Beauvallon.
