Artcheda is a fantastic vacation home on the Côte d'Azur, very comfortable and luxurious, with an exceptionally convenient location just 10 minutes from La Colle-sur-Loup on the Côte d'Azur (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).Completely renovated and decorated with exceptional taste. You’ll feel the vacation vibe right away! The large terrace (70 m²) features a lovely seating area with outdoor furniture under a beautiful tree (plane tree) and a large covered terrace with a barbecue. It’s a wonderfully cozy place to relax.This vacation home in France features a beautiful private pool (12 x 5 m – max. 1.8 m deep) with an overflow and a shallow area of 9 m² (20 cm deep: ideal for toddlers and seniors) and a 70 m² terrace. This vacation home with a pool accommodates 10 people. Upon request, up to 11 people + 1 baby can stay, subject to a surcharge of €100 per person. What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
At CAP, we’re all animal lovers, and we offer a wide range of accommodations where your four-legged friend is welcome. Each property listing indicates whether dogs are allowed, but we always ask the owner for permission first. When you submit your booking request, please mention your dog’s breed, you’ll receive a quick response.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can find our cancellation policy in the general terms and conditions. It may not be the most exciting reading, but it is useful to take a look. Would you like some extra peace of mind? You can also take out a cancellation insurance with us. It costs 4.5% of the rental price and covers many situations, allowing you to cancel free of charge in most cases.
