Moulin de Lavit is a lovely holiday house that has been refurbished, situated in a very quiet environment 30km from Cahors (Dordogne). This domain is perfect for a few families who wish to spend their holidays together.
This holiday house comprises 3 entities that offer all the necessary comfort. The house has been beautifully fitted using typical materials. The interior is delightful and offers many possibilities. All these entities have terraces and there is more than the necessary garden furniture.
On the side of the main house and barn there is a large covered terrace, a barbecue and a lovely swimming pool (11x6m) with an outdoor shower. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the setting. The garden is very large. There are 2 ponds.
