The villa boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding hills. The entire estate enjoys ultimate privacy and tranquility, with no overlooking neighbors. Additionally, the beach is less than 300 meters away, allowing you to enjoy both peace and the proximity to the coast.

The 1,200 m² garden is situated on a hill and beautifully landscaped with a private pool (4.5x8m, depth 1.10 to 1.8m, with lighting and an electric safety cover). The pool can be heated all year round, except in July and August. Next to the pool is the pool house with a pleasant covered terrace and an outdoor shower with a WC.

This holiday villa, suitable for 6 people, has been decorated with great care and attention. The interior exudes a warm, homely atmosphere, combined with luxurious materials and particularly tasteful decor.
