This holiday house is only 7 minutes away from the well-known resort of Finca Cortesin with its prestigious golf courses, tennis courts and swimming pools. The beach is 10 minutes away. Lovely Sotogrande is only 20 minutes from there. You can also enjoy a day-trip to Ronda which is about an hour away from the house. You access this royal holiday house through a way that leads to the carport (1 car) and private parking for a few cars. It enjoys an exceptional situation and offers delightful terraces with quality outdoor furniture. You can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool (4x9m - lightly salted water which is better for the skin), the well-tended garden and panoramic views that you can admire. The evening lighting makes it romantic and magical.

The house is stylishly fitted in a lovely mix of modern materials and typical Andalusian fittings. The fabulous wooden beams and high ceilings offer an atmosphere of space and luxury.

There is a newly built a little house a little lower in the garden at the disposal of the tenants. This can be rented with a supplement of €385 per week. This little house with beautiful and very tasteful decoration has a living room, open kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom with kingsize bed and nice terrace. Perfect for a family that occasionally seeks some privacy.

VTAR/MA/02333 The village of Casares, where there is also a butcher, a few bakeries, a mini-market with fresh products and some small supermarkets is only a few minutes drive away. There are also some restaurants over there. For large purchases in a Carrefour or Lidl you drive to the coast (10 min by car). Casares is also a popular destination for golf enthusiasts, thanks to its beautiful weather, breathtaking scenery and many golf courses.

One of the most famous golf courses in Casares is the Finca Cortesin Golf Club, which is consistently ranked as one of the best courses in Spain. The club has hosted numerous international tournaments, including the Volvo World Match Play Championship, and is known for its challenging site and beautiful views. Not to be missed for golf enthusiasts.

Other popular golf courses in the area are Real Club Valderrama (30km), Golf la Reserva Sotogrande (29km), Alcadeidesa Golf Club (with beautiful views 34 km), and also The San Roque Club. But also towards Estepona (less than 20 km), Estepona Golf, Azata Golf and the beautiful Valle Romano Golf. You also have smaller ones such as the Doña Julia Golf Club and the La Duquesa Golf & Country Club.
