Cool marble floors, light and modern furnishings, and open living spaces create a soothing atmosphere. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a spacious living room and a stylish dining room. In total, there are five bedrooms. The entire home is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay even on the hottest days.
Exterior: Luxury and SerenityThis 268 m² villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and offers spacious outdoor areas. The spacious covered terraces and the stunning infinity pool (8x4.5 m) create a relaxing and exclusive atmosphere. Numerous sun loungers and garden furniture are available, so you can enjoy the sun or cool off in the shade. In addition, there is a covered parking area for three vehicles.
Surroundings: Close to everything
The villa enjoys a privileged location, close to the most beautiful beaches, picturesque villages, and the island’s main access points. The island’s most beautiful beaches are just a few kilometers away: Golden Beach (2 km), Farangas Beach (12 km), and Santa Maria Beach (19 km). The port of Paros-Antiparos is just 20 km away, while the airport is 16 km away. Numerous typical villages are worth visiting, such as Piso Livadi (5 km), Lefkes (10 km), and Naousa (15 km). Parikia and its port are just 20 km away.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
