The fully equipped kitchen has a large door opening onto a stunning ocean view. On this level, there are two bedrooms, each with its own shower room. A marble staircase leads to the lower level, where the other two bedrooms are located. These rooms feature two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed and share a bathroom with a spacious shower. The interior is fully air-conditioned.

Outside, a stunning infinity pool offers an unparalleled view of the Aegean Sea. The villa features a spacious outdoor area, partially covered by a pergola.
