InteriorAs you enter through the large wooden door, you are welcomed into a stylish and modern interior. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a stunning ocean view. On the ground floor, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, as well as a cozy living room where you can relax after a day of sun and sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

ExteriorThe private pool at this villa is the stunning centerpiece of the outdoor space. A spacious terrace with a pergola offers a charming dining area featuring a sturdy natural stone table, perfect for long evenings outdoors. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a BBQ and sink, makes it easy to prepare delicious meals. There is also an outdoor shower for added comfort and a spacious private parking area at the rear of the villa.

SurroundingsJust 150 meters away is Golden Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Paros, while New Golden Beach is 300 meters away. For those who want to discover the charm of traditional Greek villages, Piso Livadi (4 km) and the picturesque Lefkes (9 km) are within easy reach. The lively seaside towns of Naousa (15 km) and Parikia (19 km) offer cozy taverns, shops, and cultural heritage. Thanks to its convenient location, Paros Airport (17 km) and the port of Parikia (19 km) are easily accessible.
