Interior: Style and Comfort
The villa is spread over three levels. The interior combines bright spaces, refined materials, and a contemporary design with subtle Baroque accents. On the ground floor is a cozy, open living area with a comfortable sitting area and an elegant dining area. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, which features a dining area and a barbecue. A guest restroom is also located on this level.

The villa features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, including one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms on the ground floor—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—share a shower room. On the upper floor is the master bedroom, which offers a beautiful view and a private balcony. On the lower level is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable sofa, a private bathroom, and direct access to the pool. The ground-floor bedrooms also offer beautiful sea views and direct access to the pool.

Exterior: Relaxation and Panoramic Views
Outside, the marble terrace with its large private infinity pool measuring 12 x 4.5 m is the absolute highlight. Enjoy a refreshing dip while looking out over the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands. The cozy lounge area invites you to relax in the sun, while the dining area with a barbecue provides the ideal setting for long summer evenings with family or friends. There is also an outdoor shower with a bathroom and storage space. A covered parking spot under a pergola rounds out the property.
