If you are looking for a brand new luxury holiday home with private pool (6 large stairs in the pool, 4x10m until 2,70m depth) with panoramic view on a large and delightful golf course, then you have found the most peaceful and most exquisite urbanisation in the world, Sotogrande, on the Costa del Sol. This is a beautiful area with extensive sandy beaches, lush vegetation, a beautiful pleasure port and a lot of other leisure facilities.
A 160m2 partly covered and open terraces offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, of the natural surroundings, and of the hills. This terrace allows access to a marvellously kept garden with more than 25 adult palm trees and oleanders, where the evenings can be enjoyed thanks to the beautiful lighting which creates a magical atmosphere out of the Thousand and One Nights.
A refined, luxurious and tastefully decorated holiday home with an excellent price/quality ratio. There is a design kitchen and a spacious, surprising and uniquely fitted living room. The 2 delightful bathrooms are both done up in pale travertine roman marble with a massage jet. The exceptional wrought-iron staircase takes you to the luxurious downstairs lounge with, next to it, a 4° bedroom with desk and small library, where one can also seclude and unwind.. Ideal for those who want some privacy or need to work.
Interesting info: In the living/dining room there is a powerful air conditioner, which is designed to make the corridor to the 3 bedrooms cooler as well. If desired, in the evening/at night, the windows can be tilted to let in the night-time coolness. Because the ground floor, at the level of the swimming pool, is underground on one side and all windows can be tilted, there is always a pleasant coolness. Since the electricity meter has been digital for more than 10 years, we see from the consumption per hour each year that the majority does not use the air conditioning.

Surroundings
The Villa was super nice. The area was safe and calm. There was a fantastic view from the house and close to stores and beach. There are only air condition in the living room and not in any of the bedrioms, but due to the balcony with a roof outside it was still nice weather. The ping pong table was a great surprise for the children. I would absolutely rent this villa again.
Lovely house in the top part of Soto. Very spacious with a great pool - sun all day! Beautiful views from the terrace. Good set up for families (table tennis, two TVs, good size garden and barbq etc). Having the office to work in was helpful too. We are a family of five but could easily have accommodated two families.
Lovely villa in Sotogrande which met our expectations amicably. Its well equipped, ideally located and has a fantastic vista. Cant wait to go back.
Fantastic outdoor activities for the hike family in this resort from the grandparents through to the toddlers. Everything about Sotogrande’s vibe is for the enjoyment of all. Social from start to finish Polo on the evenings and all sports catered for throughout the day including camps for the young ones, tennis, padel, sailing & golf Restaurants to cater for all tastes and price points. Will be back for years to come.

La Corale is a true jewel of a holiday house, located in the village of Vinuela (Costa del Sol) and overlooking the spectacular mountain chain of La Maroma. Here, the Sierra Nevada is on display in front of you.
The villa is situated above an olive orchard. Below is a dam, turquoise in summer, emerald in winter.
Outdoors is like a Wonderland: the delightful heated swimming pool (8x4m), the flower-filled garden, the trendy lounge, the lovely deck chairs, the tree-house and play area (football field, sandbox,…). The view of the sierra is all around, without a neighbour in sight. Sun terraces all around the house.
The garden has a “tree-house”, which is a great adventure for children where they can run and play. But it also a place where you can meditate or enjoy a chat or a lovely glass of wine.
