The spacious holiday home with swimming pool is situated on no less than 4000 m2 of enclosed garden (not hermetically sealed). From the garden and two large covered terraces you can enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the Massif des Maures. The large swimming pool (5x10m) has comfortable sun loungers and parasols and there is a covered terrace with a hammock to dream off. In July and August, the pool water has a wonderful temperature of its own. If desired, you can have the pool heated in the spring and autumn. In the garden there is a table tennis, a jeu de boules field, trampoline, sandpit, a slide and a beautiful lawn where the children can play.

The interior has been modernly furnished while retaining authentic elements such as natural stone and beautiful wooden ceiling beams. The living room has an LCD television with Apple TV that gives access to YouTube, Netflix and all networks of all countries. At the open living room you will find the spacious dining room with kitchen. This is a beautiful space with large sliding doors to the covered terrace. There is a long wooden dining table and by extension you come to the modern equipped kitchen with gas stove with two dishwashers and two refrigerators.

This holiday home in Lorgues has five pleasant and comfortable en-suite bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in the attached annex and has its own entrance and terrace that overlooks the pool and garden.

Villa Vince is a stone's throw from the lively center of Lorgues. You drive 2.5 to 3 km through the beautiful nature and you are in the pleasant Lorgues with its well-known Tuesday market, and its many cozy terraces and restaurants. Sights in Frejus, Draguignan, St. Tropez and the great Gorges du Verdon are approximately 25 to 40 minutes away. Provence has a lot of sights to offer.
