Sainte-Maxime is especially popular thanks to its pleasant sandy beaches. If it gets too crowded there, it can be worthwhile to head a bit in the direction of Saint-Tropez to the beaches La Croisette and Beauvallon. Plage Nartelle is also very popular, but with good reason: you will find there bright blue water, white sand and nice beach bars where you can go for a nice cocktail.

Did you know that Sainte-Maxime is also a real golf paradise? The Golf de Sainte-Maxime is a real notion among golf lovers. A little further on, you will also find the Golf Club de Beauvallon Grimaud, which is situated on the coast towards Saint-Tropez. It is an old and prestigious golf club, with beautiful golf courses. The golf courses of Saint Endreol and Golf de Roquebrune are also within driving distance of Sainte-Maxime. So golf lovers are guaranteed to find somewhere to play on some of the best golf courses in the region.
