The house is located in the heart of the ancient village of Monteleone di Orvieto, inside a medieval brick and stone building then become an elegant noble residence of 1800. The apartment is located on the second floor of the palace and it is embellished also by a beautiful terrace with panoramic views over the valley, while on the ground floor you will find the cellar and the old stables that today host the spa and the heated swimming pool.
Each room has frescoed walls and ceilings, resulting from a meticulous recovery during the 2012 restoration work in which the owners managed to blend the historic features of the palace along with elements of luxurious modern design to make this a truly unique residence and in step with the times.
