Once used as a wine cellar, the house was carefully and tastefully renovated into a charming vacation home where authenticity and comfort go hand in hand. This charming vacation home exudes warmth and coziness.
On the ground floor is an elegant living and dining area with a fireplace, which opens directly onto the covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The mezzanine features a fully equipped kitchen. On this level, you’ll also find a bathroom with a sauna and shower.

Outside, you can enjoy a fully fenced garden of 1,500 m², offering plenty of privacy and views of the Tuscan countryside. The private swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1.40 m, open from May 1 to September 30) invites you to cool off and relax. In addition, the property features a cozy veranda for outdoor dining. There is private parking and a charging station for electric cars — an absolute added value.

The property is located just 3.5 km from Vicchio, the birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico, and 37 km from Florence. Shopping enthusiasts can reach the Barberino Designer Outlet in about 23 km, featuring over 100 Italian and international brands. For nature lovers, there are plenty of activities nearby, such as water sports on Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), golf at Poggio dei Medici Golf Club (20 km) or horseback riding within driving distance (3.5 km).

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
