Villa Santa Barbara is a beautifully restored 17th-century stone farmhouse for 8 people with a private swimming pool, set in the stunning Tuscan countryside near Siena. The villa is surrounded by 10,000 sqm of private gardens and woodland. Luxuriously furnished and renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, it offers complete privacy, breathtaking views over the Tuscan hills and a peaceful setting for an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany.

Interior: Authentic charm and comfort
The villa combines authentic Tuscan charm with contemporary comfort. The spacious living room is elegantly furnished and features a dining area, exposed wooden-beam ceilings and air conditioning for heating and cooling. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The villa has four bedrooms: one ground-floor bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and three bedrooms on the upper floor, including two double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. The three upper-floor bedrooms are also air-conditioned.

The fully fenced estate is accessed through an automatic entrance gate and offers exceptional privacy, surrounded by oak and holm oak woodland. The beautifully landscaped 10,000 sqm gardens feature lawns, flowering plants and several elegant outdoor relaxation areas with high-quality sofas, sun loungers and comfortable seating.
A spacious, partially covered veranda overlooks the private swimming pool (open from 01/05 to 30/09) and is equipped with a large dining table and ceiling fans. Beneath a magnificent centuries-old oak tree, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy long, relaxed summer meals.
The private saltwater infinity pool offers spectacular views over the Tuscan landscape. Guests can also enjoy table tennis, badminton and boules. Private parking is available on the property.

This holiday home is ideally located for discovering the highlights of Tuscany. The famous Rapolano Terme thermal baths are just 15 minutes away by car. Hiking and mountain-bike trails lead from the villa towards Modanella Castle, approximately 3 km away.
The spectacular Val d’Orcia, Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano are perfect for day trips. Siena, Arezzo and Cortona can be reached in around 30–40 minutes by car. Florence is also easily accessible by car.

Rome is approximately two hours away by car or can be reached by public transport. Arezzo railway station, around 40 minutes away by car, offers high-speed train connections to Rome, allowing you to reach the capital in approximately one hour.
