The interior showcases the charm of a traditional Tuscan home: warm, welcoming, and authentic, enhanced by beautiful exposed wooden beams. The house is divided into 7 apartments, each offering an intimate and cozy atmosphere. Every apartment has its own kitchen and a small living area, combining comfort, independence, and shared moments. An ideal setting for family holidays or stays with friends, in the spirit of a true Tuscan home.

The property’s environment is unique and offers panoramic views of the Val di Cecina valley and the Tuscan hills. Its distinctive feature is the natural swimming pond (400 m², maximum depth 1.40 m – minimum 80 cm), designed to provide an exceptional experience: the water is purified naturally by aquatic plants through a phytoremediation process. This system recreates a natural ecosystem while retaining the functionality of a traditional swimming pool, equipped with pumps and filters to ensure clean and safe water for swimming.

During your stay, you can explore historic sites, including villages near Radicondoli and Montalcino, enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine, and discover both the inland countryside and the coast.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
