The property’s environment is unique and offers panoramic views of the Val di Cecina valley and the Tuscan hills. Its distinctive feature is the natural swimming pond (400 m², maximum depth 1.40 m – minimum 80 cm), designed to provide an exceptional experience: the water is purified naturally by aquatic plants through a phytoremediation process. This system recreates a natural ecosystem while retaining the functionality of a traditional swimming pool, equipped with pumps and filters to ensure clean and safe water for swimming.
