The house was recently renovated and is situated in a protected nature reserve, surrounded by forests and hiking trails, yet surprisingly easy to reach.

The private pool (6 x 4 m, depth 1.4 m, open from May 1 to September 30) is perfectly situated to fully enjoy this view. The garden and outdoor areas also invite you to relax, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the tranquility and the surrounding nature.

This home is a dream for anyone who loves hiking, biking, and nature, with countless trails starting right in the immediate vicinity. At the same time, it serves as an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Pisa and Lucca are about 25 km away, Livorno is 30 km away, and Viareggio is 35 km away. This allows you to effortlessly combine peace and nature with culture, gastronomy, and the Tuscan coast.
