Villa les Palmiers is an impressive 'art deco' holiday home surrounded by 100-year-old pine trees, palm trees and rose bushes. You feel surrounded by nature, yet you are within walking distance (50 m Plage de la Salis) from the famous and bustling Cap d'Antibes beaches (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). You can reach the old part of the city in around a 15min walk. Here you’ll find the Provencal market, the Picasso museum, artisanal products and trinkets, restaurants and bars, … Furthermore, you have a sailing club which is 200 metres from the house. For the little ones there are plenty of fun playgrounds in the area.

In the enclosed garden you’ll find a small fenced fish pond and the heated swimming pool with roman steps (8x4m) and a small waterfall. The beautiful and high-quality garden furniture makes it even more attractive. Thanks to the outdoor lighting in the garden and swimming pool, the atmosphere is heavenly, perfect to enjoy a great holiday time with friends and family in the evening.

The holiday home consists of 2 parts. The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bath and / or shower room. In the annex there are 2 bedrooms, also with their own bath and / or shower room. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The interior is very refined and decorated with attention for detail. Every room exudes space, luxury and charm. Pets are not allowed.
