Villa Reninca is a beautiful and very modern holiday house. Situated in Saint-Tropez (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur), only 1 km from the beach and just 4 km from the lively city center.
In this great holiday house you have a large private pool (13x6m) and spacious open terraces with a summer kitchen. You can also enjoy a barbecue and an outside shower. Ideal for families and friends!
The garden has a large variety of plants and trees and the many pieces of art are true eye-catchers.
The kitchen and living area give access to the garden and pool through large window doors. The interior is very modern, colourful and yet somewhat eccentric. There are 5 bedrooms (1 on the first floor) with their own private bath- or shower room. 2 ground floor bedrooms communicate with each other and share a shower room. This is ideal for young people or a couple with 2 children who want their privacy.
A lovely holiday house where you can enjoy sun, sea and most of all the particularly pleasant Saint-Tropez with “La Place des Lices”, the weekly market, Le Port de Saint-Tropez with its art galleries, luxurious yachts, great restaurants and nice shops to enjoy a lovely shopping and relaxing day. Surroundings
The stay was perfect. The location is ideal and allows you to benefit from the advantages of St Tropez without the disadvantages. The only improvement to consider is the kitchen, which is not up to the size of the house. Having said that, this is the first house we have enjoyed so much since we started renting in the summer (6th year)!
