Thanks to its ideal location, you can visit many interesting sights in Normandy from this holiday home. Just 20 km away you can discover the world famous site: Mont Saint Michel with its 1500 years of history, where the entire village is surrounded by the sea at high and low tide. In addition, there are plenty of other activities near Normandy; go to the seaside resort and large beach of Jullouville, which stretches over 2 km of fine sand from Carolles-plage to Saint-Pair-sur-Mer. For lovers of walking, cycling or horse riding, you can discover part of the Grande Randonnée 223 route that connects Honfleur to Mont-Saint-Michel, as well as the 20 walks around Ducey, one of which passes through Marcilly (greenway). Shops are located 5 and 9 km away.

There are weekly local markets with "Bio" products coming directly from small local producers: Ducey-Les Chéris on Tuesdays - Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët on Wednesdays, Brecey on Fridays and Avranches on Saturdays.
