About the domain
Poggio Agricola is a beautiful holiday domain with 4 spacious apartments in Panicale (Umbria, Italy). Centrally located between Tuscany and Lake Trasimeno. The beautiful domain is located on a plot of more than 28 hectares, including an olive grove where local organic extra virgin oil is produced. The apartments in Poggio Agricola have been restored preserving the charm and authentic character of the old farmhouse. Each apartment is equipped with all necessary modern comfort.
On the slope of the domain is the beautiful large swimming pool with an exceptional panoramic view over the hills. There are several private terraces where you can still enjoy sufficient privacy. There is also a large communal "saloon" in the center with a fireplace and various board games and ping pong. There is also a communal laundry room here.
On the domain you can take beautiful walks in nature. There is also a riding school on site where you can book rides or play with the horses.
About the vacation rental
The holiday home for 6 people Il Cipresso is the largest apartment and is located on the ground floor of the main house. The stables used to be here, they were renovated with original materials in combination with modern touches for functionality. The holiday apartment has a living area of 130m2.
