Villa Artcheda is a holiday home located only 10 min from the center of La Colle sur Loup (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). This holiday home has been entirely and tastefully refurbished. The villa is very cosy with a beautiful family kitchen and wonderful terraces and the necessary furniture. Beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 5 m - max 1,8m depth) with a 9m² shallow end (20cm deep: ideal for toddlers and the elderly), and a 70m² terrace. The villa can be rented for 11 people + 1 baby with an extra 100.00 euros per person. This holiday home has an ideal situation ; only 30 minutes away from Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Grasse,... Recommended during the summer but also in winter! Children are more than welcome : Nursing pillow, 2 children's playpens, 3 baby cots with sheets, children's toilet, pool house. This holiday home is rented as a whole from April until October. In winter there is a special price of 200 euros/week/2 people.
