On the garden level, you’ll find a bright living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The upper floor – accessible via an exterior staircase – offers a second lounge with a mini-fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, a terrace with sea views, four bedrooms (two with beautiful sea views), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Exterior: A palm-filled Mediterranean garden
Ideal for families or groups of friends, this Côte d’Azur holiday villa boasts a lush garden and a large private pool (10 x 4 m, depth: 1.80 m), which can be heated on request. Located slightly below the house, the pool is open from May 1 to October 15 and on demand in april. The pool is treated with salt, and equipped with an alarm for added safety. Surrounding the pool is a spacious terrace with 10 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Guests can also enjoy a pétanque court, a foosball table, and a variety of board games. Finally, a large south-facing terrace, adjoining the house, features a dining table for 14 guests under a covered pergola.

Villa Cornette is just 1.6 km from La Garonnette Beach and 2 km from the port of Les Issambres, where you can take regular boat shuttles to Saint-Tropez and other popular destinations. You’ll also find a wide range of activities and water sports nearby. Also ideal for golf and cycling enthusiasts. Several golf courses are located approximately 30 minutes away by car: Beauvallon, Sainte-Maxime, Roquebrune, Saint-Raphaël, Saint Endréol.
