Le pittoresque village d’Iznájar, avec ses maisons et ses ruelles authentiques, se trouve à seulement 10 minutes en voiture.
Vous pourrez y visiter un ancien château mauresque offrant une vue imprenable sur le plus grand lac artificiel d’Andalousie, où vous pourrez pratiquer la voile, le kayak ou simplement vous détendre sur la plage.
La ville plus grande de Rute est également à 10 minutes en voiture et dispose de toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin : supermarchés, restaurants et bars, parc et places animées, ainsi que des infrastructures sportives comme le paddle, une piscine municipale, des terrains de tennis, etc.
C’est un excellent point de départ pour des excursions d’une journée vers :
- La magnifique Grenade et Málaga (à 1 heure de route)
- Cordoue, avec sa célèbre Mezquita et ses charmantes ruelles (à 1h30)
- La Sierra Nevada, où vous pourrez skier en hiver (à 1h30)

Las Mimosas is a lovely apartment located in San Juan de los Terreros (Costa del Sol) on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Spanish Mediterranean coast.
It is about 7km away from the typical town of Aguilas, which is well known for its prestigious carnival celebrations, its fish harbours and yacht harbours. The apartment is short way off the renowned touristic resort of Mojacar.
There are 2 fabulous swimming pools and a children’s pool in an exotic garden near the sea (300m) and an imposing mountain chain, creating a natural barrier and guaranteeing an exceptionally pleasant climate.

Las Mimosas is a complex enjoying an interesting architecture, made up of 5 apartment blocks. They comprise 2 floors and 12 apartments each. The apartment we have on offer is on the first floor, and it has a beautiful partly covered terrace from where you can enjoy a nice view with the sea on the sight.
