Marty Montana is a lovely apartment with communal swimming pool and houses 4 people in Altea. It is located on the 1st floor of a beautifully maintained and green apartment complex. Located in the widely known Altea (Costa Blanca), this holiday apartment is close to the Campomanes marina and other charming villages.
You reach the apartment via a lift so it remains easily accessible for the disabled. From the spacious terrace you enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the garden and the communal swimming pool. In the beautiful tropical garden with a beautiful lawn is the swimming pool with steps and lighting. There is also a path that leads directly to the sea and beach (100m).
The interior is very neat and comfortably furnished. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is satellite TV with also Flemish channels.
At only 50m there is a supermarket and there are numerous restaurants nearby, both in Altea but also at the port in Mascarat. The old town of Altea is a must-see to visit. Wonderful week in a great location and the apartment was perfect for us - 3 adults, one child and two dogs. The view from the balcony is amazing across the communal garden and out to the sea. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking at home and plenty of space in the whole apartment for all of us. Not far to walk to the beach plus there is a dog friendly beach nearby too.
Very well equipped, spacious and clean apartment, a few minutes walk close to a small and narrow beach (also part nudist beach). Everything is present in the apartment and 1 of the bedrooms has air conditioning. The apartment is located in a neighborhood with all holiday apartments. For nice restaurants / shops you have to drive a few km to the nice Altea or the harbor Marina Greenwich. A very nice stay!
We spent a nice fortnight in Altea. The apartment has a lot to do with it! Very clean, comfortable, well located, very well equipped, a beautiful swimming pool with a view of the bay which is very well maintained every day. The residence is quite family-friendly and very quiet. Underground parking and air conditioning is a big plus. Mary received us very well. I highly recommend this address.
La Casita Masnou is a beautiful apartment for 4 people, within walking distance of the center of Calpe on the Costa Blanca. Restaurants, tapas bars, shops, and especially the beaches are all within walking distance from the apartment. A supermarket is located just below the building, making it easy to do your shopping daily if you want.

Montecala is a lovely low-rise residence (only a ground-floor and a first floor) with many quality apartments, located in Benitachell (Moraira - Costa Blanca).
The residence has a pleasant atmosphere and a very child-friendly environment with many elements foreseen such as a play-house, a swing, a slide, table-tennis Wii, billiards, darts… In July and August there is live entertainment around the swimming pool, which has a life-guard. For the younger ones, you will find in Javea (15 min) a wide variety of discotheques and clubs.
Around the huge, common swimming pool (+/-350m²) there are spacious terraces where you can spend delightful moments enjoying the surroundings and view. The apartment has 2 long chairs + parasol foreseen to take to the swimming pool. There is a charming restaurant with good value for money where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as take-away. The local supermarket has a very wide variety of fresh food, and it is 1km away (Aldi and Lidl are only 5 min away).
All the possible water-sports are available on the many beaches in the area. Many possibilities are on offer about 5km away, even paintball. There is an evening market 5 km away.
The apartment is beautiful, modern and comfortably fitted with a partly covered terrace where even during the summer months, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful view of the mountain, a lovely drink and a bite to eat.
