Villa Torremendo is a modern holiday home with heated private pool in Torremendo (Costa Blanca, Alicante, Valencia). This beautiful holiday home has a stylish interior and modern furnishings. Here you can enjoy all possible comfort. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Both the living room and some of the bedrooms overlook the garden and the large private heated swimming pool of 15x5m (decreasing from 1,1m to 2m depth heated only from April to September).
The holiday home Villa Torremendo on the Costa Blanca has several terraces and lounge areas. One of these is a lovely illuminated lounge area at the swimming pool, perfect to cool down. Outside there is an outdoor shower, a barbecue and even a ping pong table. Also on the roof is a solarium with a large dining table. Everything you need is available for blissful summer days and evenings.
From the outside area you reach the studio, which is on the ground floor. Here there is a private shower room and a full kitchenette.
Villa Torremendo has a nice location. At only 500m from the villa in Alicante, there is a restaurant with delicious Spanish cuisine. In the months of May, June and September, it is possible to have a guaranteed pool temperature of 27 degrees for an extra fee (350€/week and 50€ for each additional day). There is also possibility to rent the jacuzzi for up to 6 people with it (price 250€/Week and 25€ for each additional day - to be booked in advance).

Surroundings
Great house, equipped with every luxury. The pool is of course great, but the table tennis table also provided many fun moments. Located in a quiet area, but in 20 (car) minutes you are on the coast where you can find plenty of entertainment.
We loved the villa it was beyond expectations. The pool area was stunning and well thought out.! The Jacuzzi was a must for the evenings to chill out. The owner has thought of everything it was contemporary and cosy. The villa was well equipped with everything you need. The washing machine area downstairs was brilliant as I like washing even when on holiday 😂 The only thing missing is an outdoor kitchen. We will defiantly stay again and recommend to friends and family.
