Lake Como is one of the most popular destinations to stay in a holiday home in Lombardy. The rippling water reflecting the sun puts you in the perfect mood for a carefree holiday. The area offers more than enough beauty and goodies for a few weeks of la dolce vita. Not for nothing do many celebrities have a holiday home by one of the breathtaking lakes... in Italy.
The possibilities are endless. Stroll through one of the cosy villages on the lakes, rent a boat or be ferried to one of the islands, enjoy a refreshing prosecco on a terrace. Or, go swimming, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, pedalos, canoeing, horse riding, ... anything goes!
On the shores of Lake Como and of the centre of Domaso, you will find many facilities such as, supermarkets, banks, a pharmacy, grocery shops, clothes shops, hairdressers, bakeries, bars pubs, restaurants, beach, school of kite surfing, windsurf school, sailing school and the marina where you can rent canoes, pedal boats, motor boats,... can be hired.

Be sure to visit the beautiful cities in the area. For example, discover Milan, the capital of Lombardy, where you can do endless shopping or visit impressive museums. Around the central part of the lake are Bellano, Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio, with Bellagio being the trendiest destination. In many of these towns you can also rent bikes to enjoy all the beauty around you while riding!
