Welcome to Casa Jose, a beautiful holiday home for 6 guests with a private pool, ideally located near the charming village of San José in Ibiza. Just a 10-minute drive from many of the island’s stunning beaches.

This 130 m² holiday home is built on one level, making it fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The property features a modern style typical of Ibiza, blending comfort with elegance. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen connects to a large dining table that seats up to 10 people and a cozy living room with a smart TV. On the same floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: one master suite with a private bathroom, and two bedrooms that share a second bathroom.

Exterior
The entire plot is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy. Outside, you’ll find various garden furniture pieces to relax around the private pool (9.5 x 4.5 m), which is surrounded by artificial grass. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience. A spacious covered terrace offers a large dining table and an outdoor lounge area, allowing you to enjoy the shade during the hottest hours of the day.

Surroundings
The property is ideally located, with beautiful beaches just 10 minutes away by car (Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbó, etc.). If you don’t have a car, a bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the house. The iconic town of Ibiza is 18 km away and perfect for a day trip or a night out. Finally, the village of San José is just 1 km away and offers all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable and easy stay.
