Le Rossignol d'Apt is a luxurious holiday home with a private heated pool and all facilities on a super location nearby the cosy village of Apt (Vaucluse, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).

Situated on a hill on the road from Apt to Lourmarin, perfectly protected from the Mistral, this spacious and very practical holiday home is invitingly waiting for your next relaxing holiday.

The living room provides views and access to the private pool and also a lovely panoramic view of Provencal countryside. Adjacent is a separate lounge area with fireplace and TV corner and on the other side is the open kitchen with all comforts, this also gives directly on the beautiful terraces and private heated pool.

In the main house there are 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor. The other 4 bedrooms are in the main house but each has a separate entrance. Ideal for the necessary privacy. Each bedroom offers access to beautiful terraces with panoramic views of the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are equipped with quality springboxes and private bathroom or shower room. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday in top comfort.

Two rooms also have a separate mezzanine where another 2×2 children can sleep. So in total, there is room for 12 adults and 4 children = 16 people. A maximum of 2 adults are allowed per gîte.

Enjoy the spacious terraces (200m2 in total) with fully equipped summer kitchen with cooker and sink. From the terraces you have a wonderful panoramic view of the greenery of the surrounding hills and the large overflow private swimming pool (5x10m, depth of 1m20 - 1m80. Pool heating June - September, Easter holidays subject to weather conditions). The built-in LED lighting brings a fairy-like atmosphere in the evening.

At only 2,3km you reach the village of Apt in the Vaucluse, proclaimed one of "Les plus beaux villages de France", where you can find one of the most beautiful Provençal markets, pleasant shopping and a wide choice of very good restaurants. An ideal location for a walk in this beautiful Luberon region or why not try out one of the many cycling routes?

This luxury holiday home in the Vaucluse offers all the desired comfort, panoramic views and a large heated swimming pool. In July and August everything is rented as a whole, in the low and mid-season it is also possible to rent the main house and the side houses separately per room. It is always to one group, so never with unknown tenants.

The cleaning cost for renting the main house with 2 bedrooms in high season is €350 + €40 per extra room, in low season it varies according to the number of extra rooms rented, contact us for more info!
