Villa des Collines

La Serre is a characterful, recently renovated mas for 8 people, located in Languedoc-Roussillon. Its location near the Cévennes National Park is ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The house lies close to the charming village of Le Vigan and is surrounded by green hills, lavender fields, and olive trees – a perfect place to unwind in the heart of the southern French countryside.

Interior
The house offers four bedrooms spread over multiple levels. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a washbasin, accessible via a separate entrance. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, one of which has a covered private terrace offering beautiful views of the surroundings. The top floor under the roof features a spacious room with two single beds.

Exterior
The two-hectare estate provides panoramic views over the surrounding valleys. Around the private swimming pool (10.5 x 4.5 m, depth from 1.5 to 2.5 m), several terraces have been laid out. Stone steps between the levels add a charming, authentic atmosphere. There is also a built-in barbecue and a long driveway with parking space next to the house.

Surroundings
Thanks to its proximity to Le Vigan, everything is within easy reach: local markets, small shops, and sports activities like hiking, whitewater sports, and tennis. The region is full of natural beauty, with excursions to the Cirque de Navacelles, the Gorges de la Vis, and Mont Aigoual. The seaside is within driving distance for a day trip, and thanks to its location on the edge of Cévennes National Park, morning walks can start right from the house.
