La Maison de Claude is a perfect holiday home for group holidays. This holiday home with private heated pool is surrounded by nature and located just 2 km from Saint-Agrève (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Ardèche). Thanks to its central location, the holiday home offers the ideal base for many great sights. The beautiful landscape with its numerous hills and valleys immerse you in the unique atmosphere of the Ardèche.
The holiday home for 12 people in the Ardeche has been furnished in a cozy chalet style. It was decorated with various beautiful wood materials and comfortable furniture. Cozy corners and stylish works of art exude peace and tranquility. The bedrooms have been furnished with care. One of the bedrooms enjoys a very spacious private balcony where you can fully enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding valleys and forests. A full relaxation area has been set up in the basement of the house, complete with cinema projector, table tennis, darts and pool.
The holiday home with heated pool for 12 people is surrounded by greenery on a fully fenced plot and offers a true oasis of peace. There are several terraces around the entire holiday home, all of which enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. In the middle of the spacious garden is the private heated swimming pool equipped with a roller shutter and a wooden fence (pool dimensions: 4 m x 8 m, depth 1.40 m) open from April to October.
It is also wonderful to stay there in the winter. In the main building there is a fitness/wellness room with sauna and sports equipment. Each building has a cozy fireplace, where you can enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or tea.
Enjoy many activities and places of interest nearby: there are several hiking trails along the forest that can be started from the holiday domain, discover the beautiful nature reserve around Mont Gerbier, go swimming and sailing on Lake Devesser, or go mountain biking on the ' Dolce Via'. An ideal cottage to enjoy good times with family and/or friends.
