Recently built, the holiday house in Sicily is fully air-conditioned and equipped with new, high-quality materials. On the ground floor: a living room, a kitchen with dining area, and a double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor: a living room with dining area, a kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 2 bedrooms with single beds. The first floor also features a superb terrace with panoramic views. The two levels are connected by an external staircase.
The private pool (2.5x8m, depth: 1.20m, open from late March to late November) is surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery and impressive landscapes. Enjoy these views directly from your sun lounger or the outdoor lounge. A barbecue is also available for delightful moments with family or friends.
The villa's location is perfect for various excursions in the area. Just a few kilometers away, you can visit the beautiful beaches of Torre Salsa and Bovo Marina, the Scala dei Turchi, the archaeological park of the Valley of the Temples, Agrigento, Sciacca, and Selinunte. All amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 km of the villa.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
