The expansive 4,000 m² grounds include a large private pool (6x13m) that can be heated, a beautiful garden with an olive grove, a pétanque court, a children's play area (trampoline, swings, slide), and a ping-pong table.

The private estate is divided into three distinct units:

• The main building of 188 m² with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
• An annex building of 68 m² with an independent entrance, terrace, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a bathroom and separate toilets.
• A studio of 53 m² featuring 1 bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

All units are equipped with air conditioning and modern amenities (Wi-Fi, washing machine, etc.).

This holiday home for 8 people in Lorgues is comfortably and modernly furnished. The authentic old beams and high ceiling create a pleasant country atmosphere. There is a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area in front of the fireplace and a large LCD TV with all German and English channels. The windows in the living room and kitchen give a view on the terrace and over the valley and the Massif des Maures in the distance.

The holiday home is located on a large plot of 7500 m2. The private heated swimming pool (12x5.5m) is surrounded by a generous 130m2 terrace with comfortable loungers. The pool water is kept clear via a so-called electrolysis pump that forms a natural odourless chlorine, however it is softer and is clearer then chlorine. 100% safe for your skin and your swimwear.
