The estate covers 40 hectares and is a combination of a 19th-century villa with typical agricultural activities of Piedmont such as wine and wood production. The villa has been transformed into a beautiful estate with room for 18 guests and offers fantastic views of the rolling hills of Monferrato.

The separate kitchen has 2 large refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 1 induction hob and 1 gas hob as well as a table for 6 persons. On the ground floor you will find the tastefully decorated living room with fireplace, a separate music room with Steinway piano, a television room with a smart TV, a relaxation room with bar, a games room with a billiards and 3 separate gaming tables and a dining area with a pizza oven and a beautiful wooden table for 18 people. Plenty of space for relaxation and fun!

On the first floor are 7 bedrooms (4 with a king-size bed, 1 with 2 single beds, 2 with a king-size bed and a bunk bed), each with its own bathroom and toilet. Each bedroom has its own style and is named after an Italian glory. There is an additional shower room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer available

Tenuta Costa Rossa's private swimming pool (12mx4) invites for a refreshing dip and is surrounded by a large terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols.
