Holiday House Casa Bella Vista for 8 persons

Casa Bella Vista is a magnificent private holiday villa only five minutes from San Ginesio, wich has been named one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The location is sublime. The mountains and the sea are only about 30 to 45 minutes away, and in the neigbourhood there are many charming villages. There are a lot of beautiful sights in Le Marche, discover them in our blog.

This holiday house is a former farmhouse of five apartments which are now combined into one large villa. There are 4 bedrooms available, it is possible to rent the 5th room for 2 extra persons at the additional cost of € 300. Please contact us if you are interested in booking this extra room.

The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a lot of Meditterranean flowers, plants and cosy sitting areas everywhere. The large pool of 13x7m has, just as the rest of the garden, views over the Marchigiani countryside, from the Sibillini mountains to the Gran Sasso in Abruzzo.

The nice outdoor kitchen with barbecue is a delightful place to lunch or dine and makes the hot evenings even better. There is a tennis court on the terrain. Ideal for those sports fans.

A long and well furnished front porch gives a lovely shade. This is the ideal holiday house in the heart of Le Marche to just enjoy a nice meal or lounge with family and friends. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, 1 room lies in between two others.

In case you'd appreciate it, the gardener, who will be there early in the morning and will take care of the chickens, can pick fresh vegetables from the gardener for the guests to use. A little further in the garden, there is a little door that connects the building to another holiday house "La Fortezza". It is possible for large groups to rent both of these holiday houses.
