This property enjoys an exclusive location allowing an absolute tranquility while being very close to Cala Tarida and all the beaches of the West coast.
With a plot of 1.200m² completely fenced, this beautiful single-storey house of 150m² has fantastic views over the countryside, the sea and the islands of Bledas and S’Esparta and no close neighbors. Here you can relax on the hip roof terrace and enjoy beautiful views and sunsets. There large swimming pool (11x5m) is surrounded bij colorful flowers and bushes. There is also a big terrace at the pool where you can eat some nice grilled food from the barbecue and lounge.
The interior is very spacious and enjoys a lot of natural sunlight. The furniture was chosen specially for the design and maximum comfort. The living area is connected to the terraces outside, so it's easy to stay in contact with family members or children playing outside.
All the beaches of the West Coast are within 10km Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Molí, Cala Vadella, Cala d'Hort, Cala Carbo... Our local offices are located 2km away on Cala Tarida road, the village of San José, 7km away and Ibiza city at 20km away. Supermarket at 1km. Stunning sunsets.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
