The house is very authentic and about 300 years old. She was renovated with care for all the typical elements and the original construction was preserved.
There are many cozy terraces and corners full of charm to relax and enjoy the sun. The domain is about 40.000m2 and offers many possibilities. You can practice different outdoor activities very nearby. Go for a walk in the woods and finish at a beautiful chill-out viewpoint or discover the neighbourhood on mountainbikes that you can rent on the spot. Go for a relaxing massage, an ayurveda treatment or take a relaxing walk around the domain and the surroundings. This area has many paths for cycling, horse riding and walking.

The residence has a spacious communal swimming pool (open from 9 a.m. to midnight. 2.5m deep, with lounge area). From the apartment you can go directly to the pool area without having to take stairs, the access is located directly on the terrace.
It is the ideal location to explore the most beautiful parts of Ibiza. The apartment is half an hour's drive from Sa Talaia but still within walking distance of the beautifully bright blue sea and sandy beach!
