Casa Paisa, a beautiful vacation home for 8 people with a private pool, is located near the town of Escubells, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia on Ibiza. This vacation villa offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the region with a view of the sea and is located near paradisiacal beaches.
The villa is fully equipped and fully furnished. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a dining room, an open kitchen, a laundry room, and a laundry patio with an outdoor shower. On the first floor, you’ll find one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, a separate toilet, and an open, covered terrace.
Downstairs are the three other bedrooms, along with two shower rooms—one of which has its own toilet—and a separate toilet. The bedrooms open onto a lovely covered terrace.
A large covered patio, adjacent to the kitchen and living room, invites you to enjoy leisurely meals. At the back of the house is a charming courtyard with trees, a dining table, and a barbecue.
The private pool (10x5m, depth 0.9 to 2.2m) is surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a small terrace, making it the perfect spot to relax in the Mediterranean sun.
Escubells, although one of the smallest villages in Ibiza, offers impressive panoramic views. The square features authentic local bars, a small grocery store, a modest cultural center, a small playground, and a stunning view of Ibiza’s south coast, stretching from Cap Llentrisca to Formentera. A visit to Ibiza Town, just 15 km from the vacation home, is a must. From historic Dalt Vila to the vibrant nightlife, from cozy restaurants to the beautiful beaches, there is something for everyone.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
