The villa is fully equipped and offers all the comforts you need. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a laundry room and a patio with an outdoor shower. On the first floor, you'll find 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room, a separate toilet and an open & covered terrace.

Downstairs are the 3 other bedrooms with 2 shower rooms, one of which has its own private toilet, and a separate toilet. The bedrooms open onto a lovely covered terrace.

A large covered terrace, adjacent to the kitchen and living room, invites you to enjoy extended meals. To the rear of the house is a charming courtyard with trees, a dining table and barbecue.

The private swimming pool (10x5m and depth 0.9 to 2.2m) is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and a small terrace, ideal for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.

Escubells, although one of the smallest villages in Ibiza, offers impressive panoramic views. The square has local authentic bars, a small grocery store, a modest cultural center, a small children's park, and stunning views over the south coast of Ibiza, from Cap Llentrisca to Formentera. A visit to Ibiza town, just 15 km from the holiday home, is a must. From the historic Dalt Vila to the bustling nightlife, from cozy restaurants to the beautiful beaches, there is something for everyone.
